Hello! My name is Crosby Wood, and I’m a props manager and artisan. I’m currently based in Winston Salem, North Carolina where I attend UNC School of the Arts as a Stage Properties Undergraduate within the School of Design and Production.

As a student, I’ve found the most fulfillment in close collaboration and creative problem-solving with my interdepartmental peers. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed how my work thus far has expanded my leadership skills and communication adaptability. Following my projected graduation in May 2025, I hope to develop these passions further through theatrical touring.

Above all, I appreciate the work of character architecture - building a story based on carefully curated environments; however best I'm able to contribute to them and the teams that make the art form possible.

Outside of the theatre, I like to spend my free time reading and writing poetry, practicing fiber arts, and being in nature with my beautiful dachshund, Phoebe (pictured below, left, with her sister, Hazel, right).
